# File Types, Output, and Compatibility

## Supported File Types

Wasabi AiR supports a range of common media formats.

- Video—.mp4, .mov, .mpeg format
- Audio—.File Types, Output, and Compatibilitywav, .mp3, .m4a format
- Image—.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff format
- Documents—.pdf format

The system automatically detects the file type and applies only the relevant AI services. Any unsupported combinations are skipped without error or disruption.

## Output Format

Wasabi AiR generates a structured JSON file for each processed media asset. This file includes the extracted metadata and AI-generated semantic tags. The file is automatically stored in a Wasabi S3 bucket alongside the original media. This allows seamless integration into downstream analytics, content management systems, or custom AI pipelines.

## Account Compatibility

Wasabi AiR is available to all Wasabi accounts. The Wasabi accounts include:

- Standalone accounts
- Control accounts
- Sub-accounts under control accounts

## Default Quotas

Wasabi AiR uses quotas to manage resources. By default, the content quota allows up to 50 content hours per account per day to be processed.

The following are content processing estimates:

- A one-hour video is equal to one hour of content
- An Image is equal to 3 content seconds
- A PDF page is equal to 3 content seconds

To request a quota adjustment, contact [support@wasabi.com](mailto:support@wasabi.com). In the request, include your account number and justification for the quota adjustment.
