# Billing Portal Access for IAM Users and Roles

## Enabling Billing Portal Access for IAM Users and Roles

This does not give IAM Users and Roles direct access to billing information. Instead, it toggles control for users/roles who could access the billing portal. You can control information access by attaching IAM policies, as described in [Creating a User With Billing Portal Access](https://docs.wasabi.com/docs/creating-and-deleting-a-user).

1. Click **Settings** on the Wasabi menu. Or, open the account sign-in ![](https://cdn.document360.io/bef0a1ea-7768-4d5a-b520-c4fe2f7fafad/Images/Documentation/image-1697644604764.png) drop-down and click **Settings**.
2. Select **Billing portal access for IAM Users and Roles**.

4. A message asks you to confirm that you want to enable Billing Portal access for Users and Roles. To do so, enter **agree** in the message area.

5. Click **Enable**.

## Disabling Billing Portal Access for IAM Users and Roles

1. Click **Settings** on the Wasabi menu. Or, open the account sign-in ![](https://cdn.document360.io/bef0a1ea-7768-4d5a-b520-c4fe2f7fafad/Images/Documentation/image-1697644604764.png) drop-down and click **Settings**.
2. Select **Billing portal access for IAM Users and Roles**.
