    Channel Accounts

    Channel Accounts allow you to easily onboard your partners so they can sell through WACM under your control account. The Channel Accounts tab is located in the WACM console and can be accessed by Control Account users. Channel Accounts provides a self-service functionality that allows you to easily onboard your partners who manage sub-accounts from the WACM platform. This creates a 2-tier management model under a single control account contract.

    This is an example of the Channel Accounts page accessed through a Control Account.

    The following information is provided for each Channel Account:

    • Name — Name of the channel account. This is based on the name you assign when filling out the Create Channel Account form.
    • Contact Email — Email of the channel account.
    • Sub-Account Storage — The percentage of storage used based on the configured purchased storage value. (Sub-Account Active + Deleted Storage) / Purchased Storage 
    • Number of Sub-Accounts — The number of sub-accounts under the associated channel account. 
    • Creation Date — The date that the channel account was created.
    • Status — Indicates the channel account status as On Trial, Paid, or Suspended. If the account is On Trial, you will see a colored countdown. If the account is Paid, this column entry will be green. If the account is Suspended, this column entry will be gray.
    • Record Date — The date channel account usage was recorded.

    Data Cards

    Data cards provide a quick overview of an account's key values and are based on the date picker selection.

    Paid Sub-Accounts — The number of active and suspended sub-accounts converted to paid.

    On-Trial — The number of active and suspended sub-accounts currently in the trial phase.

    Average Total Storage per Account — The average total storage per sub-account, both on-trial and paid.

    Total Storage — The total storage of all active and deleted sub-accounts.

    Searching and Filtering Channel Accounts

    You can search and filter channel accounts.

    1. In the Search box on the Channel Accounts page, enter the text to search. The search takes place as you type.
    2. To further filter your search, select the Filter By drop-down and choose Status
