# Debug File: Exporting a Copy of Your Configuration

To facilitate customer support and more effectively service you, a [Wasabi Support](mailto:support@wasabi.com) technician may request that you download and email a debug file. To do so:

1. In Wasabi Console, click **Settings**.
2. In the Other section of the Account Settings options, click **Export Debug File**.
3. Click **Download Debug Info**.

A message will indicate that a JSON file of your configuration is being prepared for export.

The file will contain lists of:

- Access keys (NOT secret keys) for the root user and sub-accounts
- Buckets and their settings
- Groups and their settings
- Policies
- Roles
- Sub-accounts
