# GDPR Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

You can initiate executing the DPA online through the [Wasabi Data Processing Addendum Request](https://info.wasabi.com/dpa_request).

After filling out the required information and signing the Wasabi DPA, you will receive an email copy of the executed document. Additionally, a copy will automatically be emailed to Wasabi's Contracts department.

Data protection in the United Kingdom is regulated by the 2018 Data Protection Act, which is the UK's implementation of GDPR. The UK's privacy rules are aligned with GDPR during UK's transition period. E.U. laws, including the [EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)](https://gdpr-info.eu/), will continue to apply in the UK, as well as for Wasabi's European Operations.
