How do I restrict a Governance user from creating/suspending/deleting a Sub-Account under a Control Account?

To restrict Sub-Account permissions for Governance Plus Admin/Staff/Viewers after they are created, an Admin-level user has to change the user in question's role to a more restrictive role. To prevent a user from having Sub-Account deletion permissions, you can assign them the Governance Plus Staff Lite role. To remove all other Sub-Account management permissions you must convert them to a non-Plus user role.
Follow the same steps as seen here for a Control Account in Wasabi Account Control Manager to change a user role in Wasabi Account Control Manager's Account Governance feature:
