Amazon’s Prime Video Direct service can be used with Wasabi storage by mounting Wasabi as a disk volume on the local machine you use to upload content to Prime Video Direct. You cannot use the Amazon S3 option, as Amazon only allows its own AWS S3 storage service for this capability. You can, however, use the Browse approach described below as an acceptable alternative. You can use any S3 client app for this purpose, including the options described at https://wasabi.com/help/downloads/.
