# Commvault Backup & Recovery With Wasabi

Multiple [Commvault](https://www.commvault.com/complete-backup) Backup & Recovery software versions has been validated for use with Wasabi.

- For Commvault installs (v11sp19 and above), Commvault recommends using the [Commvault Command Center](https://docs.wasabi.com/docs/how-do-i-use-commvault-web-console-with-wasabi) to configure Wasabi as a cloud storage target.
- For Commvault installs (v11sp19 and under). we need to utilize the [Commcell console](https://docs.wasabi.com/docs/how-do-i-use-commvault-with-wasabi) to configure.
