Account Usage in Custom Cloud Console

How to view my Account Usage in Custom Cloud Console (CCC)?

The Custom Cloud Console allows Sub-Account Members to view their daily account Usage as well as detailed Bucket Usage data for a given day. 

Account Usage

All Cloud Console Members access the Usage views from the Usage tab in the main menu.

Account Usage Data Cards

Data Cards give a quick snapshot of the key values of your Account. The values are dynamic and will update based on the date range entered.

• Total Storage - Total Storage is the sum of Active Storage and Deleted Storage across all buckets for the most recent day in the date range. The change value shows the change in Total Storage from the first day in the date range to the last day in the date range.

• Total Objects - Total Objects is the sum of Active Objects and Deleted Objects across all buckets for the most recent day in the date range. The change value shows the change in Total Objects from the first day in the date range to the last day in the date range.

• Egress - Egress is the sum of all Egress across all buckets for the date range.

• Ingress - Ingress is the sum of all Ingress across all buckets for the date range.

• API Calls - API Calls is the sum of all API Calls across all buckets for the date range. This also includes API Calls not made to a specific bucket.

Account Usage Table

The Table shows the daily Account Usage records. The entries shown are updated based on the date range entered.

Export Account Usage

The data in the Account Usage Table can be exported to a CSV, Excel or JSON file. To export,

1. Go to the Usage View and click on Export

2. Select the format to export to 

3. Click the Export button 

Daily Usage Details

Members can click into a particular day from the Account Usage view to see a breakdown of Storage by Bucket for that particular day.

Daily Usage Data Cards

• Total Storage - Total Storage is the sum of the selected day’s Active Storage and Deleted Storage.

• Total Objects - Total Objects is the sum of the selected day’s Active Objects and Deleted Objects.

• Egress - Egress is the sum of all Egress for the selected day.

• Ingress - Ingress is the sum of all Ingress for the selected day.

• API Calls - API Calls is the sum of all API Calls for the selected day. This also includes API Calls not made to a specific bucket.

Daily Usage Table

The Table shows the Usage Data for the particular day broken down by Bucket.

Filters:

• The bucket list can be filterd by Region or Bucket Status

Bucket Status

• Buckets can have a status of Active or Deleted.

• Deleted Buckets report usage data until the minimum storage retention policy has passed.

Export Daily Usage

The data in the Account Usage Table can be exported to a CSV, Excel or JSON file. To export:

1. Go to the Usage View and click on Export

2. Select the format to export to 

3. Click the Export button
