Invoices — RCS Storage in Wasabi Account Governance (AG)

With the WACM AG feature, reserved capacity storage (RCS) storage is assessed in a way similar to the way a control account would calculate RCS storage.

RCS storage amounts are available on the first of each month after 3:00 pm EST.

Assessing RCS Storage

1. Log in to the WACM platform: https://wacm.wasabisys.com/en/wasabi/auth/login
2. Click the Sub-Accounts tab.

   

   The Sub-Accounts page is displayed.

   

3. Click a sub-account for which to calculate RCS storage. The sub-account Usage page is displayed.
4. From the Date Range Picker, select the appropriate date range.
   This does not have to be done on the first of the month. The end date must reflect the first of the month for the desired invoice period.
5. Simply add the Active Storage and Deleted Storage to calculate the RCS storage. 
   The total of the Active Storage and Deleted Storage is equal to the RCS storage for these accounts. Compare this total to the RCS storage values allocated to each sub-account.
6. Click the Export button to export the data to a CSV, Json, or Excel file. 
7. Repeat these steps for each sub-account.
