# ISO 27001 Compliance

## Is Wasabi ISO 27001 Certified?

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized security framework standard for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an Information Security Management System(ISMS)). As a risk-driven standard, ISO 27001 focuses on confidentiality, integrity and availability to the data in an organization's environment, and helps organizations reduce risk, optimize operations due to clearly defined responsibilities and business processes, and build a culture of information security.

Wasabi Technologies LLC is ISO 27001:2022 certified. The Audit was conducted by A-LIGN, and Wasabi’s [ISO 27001 certificate](https://wasabicloud.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/ComplianceSharepoint/EbPjI0pKiYdCsJF-vrCVMscBmJZ5lEnoj02MC9pXH1TW6Q?e=mGOyIR) is valid until June 9, 2028. The combination of Wasabi’s ISO 27001 Certificate and the Wasabi storage region data center provider’s ISO 27001 Certificate provides customers with assurance of quality & security for both Wasabi’s products and the [physical data center location](https://docs.wasabi.com/v1/docs/where-is-my-data-stored-and-how-are-wasabis-storage-regions-secured).
