# MSP Account Model

### Tier 2 - MSP Accounts (Channel Partners)

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) Account is a Tier 2 Channel Account managed by a Tier 1 Distributor Account.

MSP Accounts enable:

- Creation and management of customer (linked) accounts
- Delegated administrative access to customer environments
- Centralized visibility across managed tenants
- Role-based access control for service teams

This model supports both operational management and resale.
