To what account type is Pay-Go available?
The Pay-Go - Commit pricing option is available for both standalone and control accounts for Wasabi Object Storage, Wasabi Cloud NAS, and Wasabi Surveillance Cloud customers.
What is the minimum storage commitment for Pay-Go - Commit?
The minimum storage commitment amount is 25 TB per month, each month, for at least one year. This is offered in terms of 3 and 5 years (similar to RCS contracts). For assistance, contact Wasabi Sales: Sales@Wasabi.com
If I am an existing RCS customer, can I switch to Pay-Go - Commit?
If you are an existing RCS customer, you cannot switch to Pay-Go - Commit in the middle of your RCS contract. You can switch at the time of your contract renewal.
If you are a Pay-Go customer, you can switch at any time to Pay-Go - Commit.
What is the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for a response?
The Pay-Go - Commit pricing option will follow the same SLA as traditional Wasabi Object Storage. For details, refer to Wasabi's SLA information page.
What support is provided for Pay-Go – Commit?
Premium support is required for any Pay-Go – Commit account, and is a cost in addition to the contract price.
What happens if I store less than the minimum commitment amount in any month?
You will be charged for your storage commitment amount per the Pay-Go - Commit terms and conditions.
What happens if I store more than the minimum commitment amount?
Wasabi will invoice you monthly (as we would for a regular Pay-Go account) for months in which you exceed the amount you purchased for Pay-Go – Commit.
How do I sign up for Pay-Go - Commit?
Pay-Go - Commit must be ordered through a Wasabi Partner or Wasabi Sales Representative. All standard payment methods for Wasabi billing will be accepted.
