# Pay-Go: Delinquency Timing

As a Pay-Go customer, you may want to understand the typical timing and actions associated with your invoices so that you can manage payments effectively and avoid account suspension.

| Day | Description |
| --- | --- |
| 0 | **Immediate** - An email is sent notifying you of payment failure, providing time to update your payment method in the [Billing portal](https://docs.wasabi.com/docs/billing). |
|  | **Failed Payment Retries** - Wasabi may automatically retry to process your credit card within a few days. - Emails are sent indicating each charge attempt. |
| 1-30 | **Warning Period** - Attempts are made for payment. - Emails are sent as reminders that you have an outstanding balance. - Services usually remain active. |
| 31+ | **Suspension Risk** - Emails are sent indicating your account status has changed to delinquent. - There is a potential risk of account suspension if payment is not settled. |
|  | **Termination** - An email is sent alerting you that if your account remains delinquent, resources may be terminated after a period of time. > Data may not be recoverable after account termination. |
