# QNAP VJBOD Cloud With Wasabi

Wasabi is certified for use with QNAP's [VJBOD Cloud](https://www.qnap.com/solution/vjbod-cloud/en/). VJBOD Cloud is a block-based cloud storage gateway that allows mapping cloud object storage to a QNAP NAS as block-based cloud volumes or LUNs*, providing a flexible option to accommodate local applications, store excess data, or secure backups.

This solution was tested with VJBOD version 1.4.2960. Wasabi recommends using the latest version.

1. Click the VJBOD Cloud plugin to initialize the application.

2. From the Overview screen, click **Create VJBOS Cloud Volume/LUN** (shown below).

3. Click **Cloud Volume**.

4. Select **Wasabi** from the choices shown.
5. Enter the access key and secret key.
6. Select the appropriate bucket from the Cloud space list.
7. Click **Next**.

8. Set the appropriate Volume Alias (name), Volume Capacit,y and Stored space capacity.
9. Click **Next**.

10. Confirm that the settings in the Summary screen are accurate. Click **Finish**.
11. Once the new volume is successfully created, it should show up with the green checkmark on the Overview tab, as shown below.

At this point, the new volume is available for use with your local applications.
