# Reseller Account Model

## Tier 2 - Reseller Accounts (Channel Partners)

A Reseller Account is a Tier 2 Channel Account managed by a Tier 1 Distributor Account.

Reseller Accounts enable partners to:

- Provision and manage Sub-Accounts
- View aggregated usage and billing data
- Assign role-based access to internal users
- Operate within governance controls set by a Distributor or Control Account

This structure supports traditional resale models with centralized oversight and delegated management.
