Once you are done transferring all the data:
- Safely power off the Wasabi Ball.
- Package the Wasabi Ball and any cables that came with the device back into the carrying case.
- Within the carrying case, a FedEx return shipping label is included. Apply the shipping label on the carrying case.
- Either schedule a FedEx pick-up or drop off the package at a FedEx location.
When the Wasabi Ball is at the Wasabi Data Center and is ready to be uploaded, a Wasabi Sales Engineer will contact you for additional information to start the upload to your Wasabi account.
