    Article summary

    The Search Results page displays all files relevant to your search. If no search has been conducted, assets will display sorted by relevance. The Search Bar, which is available from the Search Results page, enables you to modify search terms to find required assets.

    Filtering Search Results

    On the Search Results page, the filters on the right-hand navigation panel enable you to filter search results by various attributes.

    Depending on your search query, the search filters may vary. The available filters include:

    • FILE— The asset type.
    • STORAGE— The storage location, kind, and container.
    • PHOTOGRAPHY—  The lens model, aperture, focal length, iso speed ratings, and flash-on.
    • DETECTED—  The logos and tags detected.
    • ADULT CONTENT—  Not safe for work (NSFW) content.
    • PEOPLE AND FACES—  Known people. 
    • CATEGORIES—  Assigned categories.
    • CUSTOM TAGS—  Assets detected through Custom Tagging.

    Display Options

    Once a new search is launched, you can customize your display of search results using the following filters at the top of the Search Results page.

    List or grid view

    RESULTS/PAGE

    MOST RELEVANT

    By default, your search results will be displayed in a list view. Click to change the display to a grid view.  

    RESULTS/PAGE enables you to modify the total results shown per page. Click. Select an option from the drop-down menu to change your view to show either 25, 50, 100, or 200 results per page.

    MOST RELEVANT enables you to filter search results by MOST RELEVANT, LAST ANALYZED, FILE NAME, or FILE SIZE.

    Additionally, you can navigate to the next page of results using the filters at the bottom of the screen. To do so, either select a page number or click > to view the next page in numerical order.
