Settings for Wasabi AiR

To access the Settings panel, click at the bottom of the Navigation panel. With the appropriate administrative privileges, all available settings features include:

• My Profile
• Users & Roles
• Developers
• Extractor Profiles
• Activity
• Connect
• Analytics
• Custom Data
• Branding
• Extensions
• Support

All users have access to the My Profile and Support tabs, regardless of their access permissions. This section will detail the resources and features available from the Settings panel.

My Profile

The MY PROFILE page enables you to change your display name, password, or profile picture. For instructions on updating your profile information, refer to Editing User Profile Details.

Users & Roles

The USERS & ROLES page enables administrators to:

• Add or delete users.
• Reactivate a previously disabled user.
• Edit a user name, email, role, or group.
• Create new groups.

Developers

From the DEVELOPERS page, you can create or disable API keys to utilize Wasabi AiR with other applications. For more information, refer to Creating and Disabling API Keys.

Extractor Profiles

The EXTRACTOR page contains configurable AI tools and settings used to analyze your content. Extractor profile settings define how to read your content and what the system will read. For instructions on creating an extractor profile, refer to Creating and Configuring Extractor Profiles. For detail on configuring an extractor profile to run against your connected storage, refer to Extractor Profiles: Configuring a Bucket for Analysis in the Product Guide.

Activity

The ACTIVITY page enables you to view all recently analyzed files and their job status. For more information, refer to Reviewing Activity.

Connect

CONNECT enables you to securely connect your storage to Wasabi AiR for access to your assets. For quick start information, refer to 2—Working With Assets and Storage in Wasabi AiR. For more detail, refer to the Connecting Asset Storage section in the Product Guide.

Analytics

The ANALYTICS tab provides usage data about your users and assets. For more information, refer to Analytics.

Custom Data

CUSTOM DATA enables you to customize additional data points to retrieve information that is not embedded in the asset file technical metadata. For more information, refer to Creating Custom Fields.

Branding

Administrators can upload customized branding for:

• "Home” icon. 
• Home page logo.
• Login screen background image.
• Login screen logo.
• Watermark image.

Extensions

The EXTENSIONS tab enables you to access Adobe Exchange. For more information, refer to Supported Extensions.

From the SUPPORT tab, you can contact Wasabi AiR support through the email link or webpage URL provided on screen. For more information, refer to Accessing Online Help.
