WACM allows partners to create branded sub-account sign-up forms accessible from a unique URL that they can share with their customers.
The sub-account sign-up form is available for all WACM Control Account and Channel Account users as a self-service feature that allows partners to extend their outreach and easily onboard new customers with a "hands-off" approach. Sub-accounts can be created as a trial or a paid account that includes an option for automatic or manual approvals.
With WACM sub-account sign-up forms you can:
- Add your branding to the form alongside Wasabi's brand
- Choose sub-account creation as a trial or paid account
- Set up automatic and manual approvals
- Completely host the account by Wasabi
- Easily share your branded form with your unique URL
- Sign in to the Control Account or Channel Account as Admin, then click My Profile.
- The Account Information page for the selected account opens. Click the Features tab. The Sub-Account Sign-up form displays.
- Click Enable to open the sign-up form.
The sign-up form is enabled.
- Configure the sign-up form by entering the required information:
- Company Logo — Browse files to locate your company logo (maximum file size is 1 MB).
- URL — Add the partner name to the URL.
- Page Title — Enter a custom title/product name for the sign-up page.
- Default Account Status — Select Trial (default) for a 30-day trial period or select Paid for unrestricted uploads.
- Default Approval Method — Select Automatic (default) to approve all sign-ups when the customer clicks Submit or select Manual for each request.
- Required Fields — Select the fields you require your customer to enter when they submit their sub-account request:
- Company Name
- Account Email and Password
- Address
- Country (dropdown)
- City
- Phone Number
- Zip Code
- Click Save.
- If you select the manual default approval option and a new sign-up form is submitted, you will see the New Sign-Up Request section on the sub-accounts page. Click Approve Request to accept the new account or click Deny Request to cancel the request.
Once an account is approved, or if the automatic approval option is selected, the customer will receive a welcome email to set the password for their Wasabi console.
