# Device Guide for Wasabi Ball With a QNAP

Wasabi Ball Transfer Appliance lets you move large datasets to Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage quickly, conveniently, and cost-effectively. It is a QNAP NAS storage device with numerous disks in a RAID 0 array. It securely stores up to 250 TB of data.

This guide provides a quick overview of basic Wasabi features with procedures for new and prospective users. It is designed to provide instructions on how to use the Wasabi Ball Transfer Appliance (referred to as the Appliance) for use cases involved in moving data from customer storage environments to Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage.
