You can initiate execution of the DPA online via the Wasabi Data Processing Addendum Request. After filling out the required information and signing the Wasabi DPA, you will receive an email copy of the executed document. Additionally, a copy will automatically be emailed to the Wasabi Contracts department.
Data protection in the United Kingdom is regulated by the 2018 Data Protection Act, which is the UK’s implementation of GDPR. The UK privacy rules are aligned with GDPR during the UK transition period. E.U. laws, including the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), will continue to apply in the UK and to Wasabi’s European Operations.
