Wasabi Cloud Sync Manager can be used to migrate data from an archival storage tier (such as AWS Glacier, Azure Blob, or GCP) to Wasabi. The WCSM platform restores from the archival tier to a standard tier automatically with no customer action required. Once the data is retrieved to the standard tier, WCSM initiates a copy to Wasabi.
The customer will be charged retrieval fees from the hyperscalers in these scenarios. Wasabi's migration fee does NOT cover/include these charges.
