Debug File: Exporting a Copy of Your Configuration

To facilitate customer support and more effectively service you, a Wasabi Support technician may request that you download and email a debug file. To do so:

  1. In Wasabi Console, click Settings.

  2. In the Other section of the Account Settings options, click Export Debug File.

  3. Click Download Debug Info.

A message will indicate that a JSON file of your configuration is being prepared for export. 

The file will contain lists of:

  • Access keys (NOT secret keys) for the root user and sub-accounts

  • Buckets and their settings

  • Groups and their settings

  • Policies

  • Roles

  • Sub-accounts
