If the bank rejects the charge attempt, you will get an error message such as "Problem with card, please contact support" or "Card declined." These messages are sent from Wasabi’s credit card processor, and Wasabi does not have additional information on the reason the card was not accepted. We recommend you contact your credit card issuing bank for details.
Wasabi’s credit card processor uses the billing address to confirm your identity. An error can occur if the billing address is misspelled. Make sure your address and zip code are entered correctly.
An error may occur if the credit card is issued from a country that the credit card processor does not yet support.
