    Creating a Channel Account

    1. Log in to WACM as an Account Control Admin or an Account Control Staff user. (https://wacm.wasabisys.com/en/wasabi/auth/login)

    2. Click the Channel Accounts tab.

    3. Click Create Channel Account. The Create Channel Account form is displayed.    

    4. Complete the form with the account name and contact email.

    5. Optionally, enter a Purchased Storage quantity. This will help you track when a channel account is approaching the set storage limit.

    6. Click Create. The new Channel Account is displayed on the Channel Accounts page.

    Creating a Channel Account User

    1. Click the newly created Channel Account from the list.

      The Channel Accounts page is displayed showing Account Information.

    2. Click the Users tab. The Users page is displayed.

    3. Click Create to add a new user.  The Create New User form is displayed.

    4. Enter the required information in the form.

    5. Click Create. An email will be sent to the user to verify. Once their email address is verified, they will have access to their Channel Account.
