    Enabling Wasabi App for Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

    Wasabi App for Acronis has been built on the functionality of Wasabi Account Control API (WACA). It enables the management of multiple Wasabi storage accounts using built-in API methods. 

    To utilize Wasabi App, you must have a paid Wasabi Storage account that is enabled with Wasabi Account Control API (WACA). To get started, contact sales@wasabi.com. There is no additional cost associated with WACA activation. When the feature is enabled, you can log into your Wasabi account and generate your Wasabi Account Control API Keys, as described in Managing Your Wasabi Account Control API Keys. This API key will enable Wasabi App in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your account will become the Control Account that is associated with billing and the accounts created on the CyberApp will be Sub-accounts underneath your Control Account. 

    Follow the instructions below to enable the Wasabi App. 

    Prerequisites

    • An active Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud account with tenant type of partner.
    • An established Wasabi account (Control Account) that is tied to a payment method.
    • A Wasabi Account Control API Key.

    Configuring Wasabi App

    1. Log into the Acronis Cyber Protect platform using the partner level credentials.

    2. On the left-hand menu, click Integrations.

    3. Enter "Wasabi App" in the Search for Integrations box. On the "Wasabi App for Acronis" tile, click Configure.

    4. Provide your Wasabi Account Control API key. Click the checkbox to accept the terms and click Enable

    5. When the account is successfully validated, you will be directed to the SETTINGS tab of the application.
