Information About Wasabi’s W-9

Your storage account and related contracts are with Wasabi Technologies LLC. LLCs are considered to be “disregarded entities” for tax purposes. Accordingly, our W-9 lists our affiliate / parent company Wasabi Holding, Inc. as the taxable entity. This simply means that Wasabi Technologies LLC’s income is attributed to our parent company for tax purposes. However, your relationship remains with the LLC, which is the operating entity. Please ensure that your records, including any POs issued, reflect Wasabi Technologies LLC.
