Dashboard: Navigating in Channel Accounts

When you sign in to Channel Accounts, you are presented with a dashboard that provides a centralized view for managing and monitoring your Channel Account and its associated Sub-Accounts. From the dashboard, administrators can track usage, view account activity, and access tools for managing customer environments.

Dashboard Components

The Channel Accounts dashboard includes a top navigation bar with tabs, an aggregate view of utilization statistics, and the Sub-Accounts.

The WACM navigation menu at the top of the dashboard displays those features available for your specific account type and role.

  • Account Feature Tabs—The primary interface, positioned horizontally at the top of the dashboard, provides tabs to access customer accounts, billing activity, and third-party system connections. Role-based access control may limit visibility of certain tabs. The active tab is visually highlighted.

  • Language Option—As an alternative to English, select a language from the drop-down.

  • Online Help—you can access Wasabi Academy user documentation from the drop-down.

  • My Profile—Your account profile, located to the right of the navigation bar, provides access to your accounts for managing them.

  • Log Out—Select this option to end your WACM session.

Data Card

The upper section of the dashboard displays a data card providing an aggregated view of utilization statistics for the Channel Account.

  • Paid Sub-Accounts—The number of paying Sub-Accounts under the Channel Account, including suspended paid accounts.

  • On-Trial—The number of Sub-Accounts in a trial period, including suspended trial accounts.

  • Average Total Storage per Account—The average amount of storage used per Sub-Account.

  • Total Storage—The total amount of active and deleted storage used across all Sub-Accounts.

Channel Accounts

The Channel Accounts section lists all provisioned Channel Accounts and related details.

Details and Metrics

The Channel Accounts section provides the following details and metrics for each Channel Account:

  • Name—The name of the Channel Account. This is based on the name you assign when filling out the Create Channel Account form.

  • Account Email—The contact email used for the Channel Account.

  • Product—The product storage type for the account.

  • Billing Storage—The total billable storage for this account, excluding storage from trial accounts.

  • Trial Storage—The total storage used by the trial account.

  • Number of Sub-Accounts—The number of Sub-Accounts under this Channel Account.

  • Creation Date—The date the sub-account was created.

  • Quota Start Date—The selected start date to begin tracking the object storage used.

  • Quota End Date—The selected end date to stop tracking object storage used.

  • Quota Dates Remaining—The number of days remaining for the time period selected to track the object storage used.

  • Quota Date Status—Indicates whether the object tracking period is set.

  • Status—Indicates the Channel Account status.

  • Record Date—The date the details and metrics were recorded for the Channel Account.

  • Kebab menu—Select the option to Resend account creation email, or to Delete Request.

Filter and Export Options

  • Search field— Allows you to enter a text string to search the list for both the Name and Account Email.

  • Filter By field—Refine your search results by applying one or more filters.

  • Date Range Calendar—Allows you to easily select start and end dates to filter data within a specified time range.

  • Export data—Filtered results can be exported as CSV, JSON, or Excel.
