Dashboard: Navigating in Channel Accounts

WACM Dashboards provide a centralized view for monitoring utilization, managing accounts, and accessing administrative features. The dashboard view shown varies depending on whether you sign in as a Wasabi Admin or a Channel Account Admin.

Wasabi Admin Dashboard

When you sign in as Wasabi Admin and select Channel Accounts, you can view data cards with aggregated utilization statistics for all Channel Accounts, along with account details and metrics for each Channel Account. You can also create a Channel Account, manage accounts and users, and enable additional features.

Select a Channel Account from the list to view and manage account information, users, and Sub-Accounts, and enable features.

Details and Metrics

This section provides details and metrics for each Channel Account.

  • Name—The name of the Channel Account. This is based on the name you assign when filling out the Create Channel Account form.

  • Contact Email—The contact email used for the Channel Account.

  • Control Account—The name of the related Control Account.

  • Distributor—The name of the related Distributor Account, if applicable.

  • Product—The product storage type for the account, such as Wasabi Cloud NAS (WCN), Wasabi Object Storage (WOS), or Wasabi Surveillance Cloud (WSC).

  • Storage Class—The storage tier assigned to the account, such as HOT or FIRE.

  • Billing Storage—The total billable storage for this account, excluding storage from trial accounts.

  • Trial Storage—The total storage used by the trial account.

  • Number of Sub-Accounts—The number of Sub-Accounts under this Channel Account.

  • Creation Date—The date the Sub-Account was created.

  • Quota Start Date—The selected start date to begin tracking the object storage used.

  • Quota End Date—The selected end date to stop tracking object storage used.

  • Quota Dates Remaining—The number of days remaining for the time period selected to track the object storage used.

  • Quota Date Status—Indicates whether the object tracking period is set.

  • Status—Indicates the account status.

  • Record Date—The date the details and metrics were recorded for the Channel Account.

Data Cards

The upper section of the dashboard displays data cards providing an aggregated view of utilization statistics for the Channel Accounts.

  • Paid Sub-Accounts—The number of paying Sub-Accounts under the Channel Account, including suspended paid accounts.

  • On-Trial—The number of Sub-Accounts in a trial period, including suspended trial accounts.

  • Average Total Storage per Account—The average amount of storage used per Sub-Account.

  • Total Storage—The total amount of active and deleted storage used across all Sub-Accounts.

Channel Account Admin Dashboard

When you sign in as a Channel Accounts Admin, you can view data cards showing aggregated utilization statistics for all related Sub-Accounts, along with account details and metrics for each Sub-Account. You can also create a Sub-Account.

Select a Sub-Account from the list to view related data storage usage, buckets, and invoices, manage account information and members, and enable regions.

Details and Metrics

The following details and metrics are provided for each Sub-Account.

  • Name—The name of the Sub-Account. This is based on the name assigned when the Sub-Account was created.

  • Account Email—The contact email used for the Sub-Account.

  • Product—The product storage type for the account, such as Wasabi Cloud NAS (WCN), Wasabi Object Storage (WOS), or Wasabi Surveillance Cloud (WSC).

  • Storage Class—The storage tier assigned to the account, such as HOT or FIRE.

  • Active Storage (TB)—Total amount of data (files/objects) you currently have stored and available.

  • Deleted Storage (TB)—Amount of data (files/objects) deleted from the storage system, which may still be tracked for a period of time before it is fully removed.

  • Storage Utilization—The % of storage utilized based on the configured Storage Quota value. (Sub-Account Active + Deleted storage) / Storage Quota

  • Creation Date—The date the sub-account was created.

  • Quota Start Date—The selected start date to begin tracking the object storage used.

  • Quota End Date—The selected end date to stop tracking object storage used.

  • Quota Dates Remaining—The number of days remaining for the time period selected to track the object storage used.

  • Quota Date Status—Indicates whether the object tracking period is set.

  • Deletion Date—The date the account was deleted.

  • Trial Expiration—The date the trial period will expire.

  • MFA (multi-factor authentication)—The MFA status active icon if enabled.

  • Status—Indicates the account status.

  • Record Date—The date the details and metrics were recorded for the Sub-Account.

Data Cards

The upper section of the dashboard displays data cards providing an aggregated view of utilization statistics for the Sub-Accounts.

  • Total Capacity—The total storage capacity allocated for the Sub-Accounts.

  • Total Allocated Storage—The total amount of storage quotas assigned across all the Sub-Accounts.

  • Used Billable Storage—The total current billable storage for the Channel Account.

  • Remaining Capacity—The amount of allocated storage capacity available for use by the Sub-Accounts.

  • Storage (TB) Indicator—The overall storage allocation and current utilization, indicating how much capacity is available and in use.

  • Paid Accounts—The number of paying Sub-Accounts under the Channel Account, including suspended paid accounts.

  • On-Trial—The number of Sub-Accounts in a trial period, including suspended trial accounts.

  • Average Total Storage per Account—The average amount of storage used per Sub-Account.

  • Total Storage—The total amount of active and deleted storage used across all Sub-Accounts.

The WACM navigation bar at the top of the dashboard displays those features available for your specific account type and role.

  • Account Feature Tabs—The primary interface, positioned horizontally at the top of the dashboard, provides tabs to access customer accounts, billing activity, and third-party system connections. Role-based access control may limit visibility of certain tabs. The active tab is visually highlighted.

  • Language Option—As an alternative to English, select a language from the drop-down.

  • Online Help—You can access Wasabi Academy user documentation from the drop-down.

  • My Profile—Your account profile, located on the right side of the navigation bar, provides access to your accounts for management.

  • Log Out—Select this option to end your WACM session.

Filter and Export Options

  • Search field— Allows you to enter a text string to search the list for both the Name and Account Email.

  • Filter By field—Refine your search results by applying one or more filters.

  • Date Range Calendar—Allows you to easily select start and end dates to filter data within a specified time range.

  • Export data—Filtered results can be exported as CSV, JSON, or Excel.
