As a Pay-Go customer, you may want to understand the typical timing and actions associated with your invoices so that you can manage payments effectively and avoid account suspension.

Immediate

  • An email is sent notifying you of payment failure, providing time to update your payment method in the Billing portal.

Failed Payment Retries

  • Wasabi may automatically retry to process your credit card within a few days.

  • Emails are sent indicating each charge attempt.

Warning Period

  • Attempts are made for payment.

  • Emails are sent as reminders that you have an outstanding balance.

  • Services usually remain active.

31+

Suspension Risk

  • Emails are sent indicating your account status has changed to delinquent.

  • There is a potential risk of account suspension if payment is not settled.

Termination

  • An email is sent alerting you that if your account remains delinquent, resources may be terminated after a period of time.

Data may not be recoverable after account termination.
