A Sub-Account is a child storage account provisioned under a Control Account or Channel Account that provides storage usage tracking, billing visibility, and account management, while remaining centrally managed by the parent account.
Select a Sub-Account in the list to view the following data storage usage modules:
Usage
Buckets
Invoices

Usage
The Usage module provides visibility into storage consumption and activity for the selected sub-account.

Details and Metrics
The Usage module provides the following details and metrics:
Start Time/End Time—The start and end time of the utilization record. Each record represents a single day.
Active Storage (TB)—The total amount of data (files/objects) you currently have stored and available.
Deleted Storage (TB)—The amount of data (files/objects) deleted from the storage system, which may still be tracked for a period of time before it is fully removed.
Storage Wrote (TB)—The amount of data that has been uploaded or written into storage.
Storage Read (TB)—The total volume of data that has been accessed/downloaded or pulled out of storage.
Active Objects (TB)—The count of all stored files/objects that currently exist in your storage.
Deleted Objects (TB)—The count of files that have been deleted from your storage.
Egress (GB)—The amount of data transferred out of your storage to another location.
Ingress (GB)—The amount of data transferred into your storage.
API Calls—The number of times an application or system interacts with the WACM API.
Buckets
The Buckets module lets you view details and metrics for each bucket.

Details and Metrics
The Bucket module provides the following details and metrics:
Bucket—The label used to identify and access a specific bucket.
Region—The data center location assigned to a bucket.
Active Storage (TB)—The total size of data currently stored, broken down by each bucket.
Deleted Storage (TB)—The total size of data removed from each bucket, shown separately for each bucket.
Active Objects (TB)—The per-bucket count of how many files currently exist.
Deleted Objects (TB)—The per-bucket count of how many files have been removed.
Bucket Number—The unique number associated with the bucket.
Record Date—The date associated with when a particular metric or piece of data was recorded.
Status—The Active status means the bucket is in use and can store data. The Inactive status means the bucket is not currently in use or may be disabled, empty, or no longer actively managed.
Invoices
The Invoices module provides visibility into invoice billing periods and usage metrics for a Sub-Account.
Details and Metrics
The Invoices module provides the following details and metrics:
Invoice #—The unique number used to identify and track a particular bill.
Period Start—The date when the billing period begins.
Period End—The date when the billing period ends.
Total—The total charge on the invoice, which is the sum of Active Total Storage Cost, deleted Total Storage Cost, and Minimum Active Storage Total Cost, based on list price.
Active Storage (GB-days)—The total storage usage calculated as gigabytes stored multiplied by the number of days they are stored.
Active Storage Unit Cost (GB-days)—The cost per GB per day of storing active data
Active Storage Total Cost—The total charge calculated based on the storage usage (typically GB-days) during the billing period.
Deleted Storage (GB-days)—The total amount of deleted data multiplied by how long it is retained before permanent removal.
Deleted Storage Unit Cost (GB-days)—The cost per GB per day for storing data that has been deleted but is still retained.
Deleted Storage Total Cost—The total charge based on deleted storage usage (typically in GB-days) during the billing period.
API Calls—The number of API requests made, measured in thousands or millions of calls or aggregated over time.
API Calls Unit Cost—The price charged per unit of API calls.
API Calls Total Cost—The final charge calculated from the API usage and the unit cost.
Ingress (GB)—The volume of incoming data (uploads) that is recorded for billing purposes.
Ingress Unit Cost (GB)—The cost per unit (per GB) of incoming data.
Ingress Total Cost—The final charge calculated from the total incoming data (ingress) and the unit cost.
Egress (GB)—The amount of data leaving the system, measured in GB.
Egress Unit Cost (GB)—The cost per unit (per GB) of outgoing data.
Egress Total Cost—The final charge calculated from your total outgoing data (egress) and the unit cost.
Minimum Active Storage—The lowest storage level that will be charged, even if the actual stored data is less.
Minimum Active Storage Unit Cost—The rate applied to the minimum storage level that is billed.
Minimum Active Storage Total Cost—The final charge calculated using the minimum storage requirement and its unit cost.
