Creating Restore Jobs Using the Milestone XProtect Management Client

When the Wasabi Surveillance Cloud (WSC) Automatic Timeline Restore option is disabled, restore jobs can be created from within the Milestone XProtect Management Client plug-in. To do so, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Milestone XProtect Management Client.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Click Create new.
  4. Click the drop-down to select the type of job in which to perform.
  5. In the From: field, enter the earliest date and time interval to restore.
  6. In the To: field, enter the lasted date and time interval to restore.
  7. Click Submit job.

WSC initiates the restore operation. Note that it may take time for the operation to complete. A status bar will display the progress.
