Which files are automatically "excluded" from replication?

All excluded file statistics are displayed on the Wasabi tab in the Properties menu of a folder. For example:

Wasabi Cloud NAS automatically excludes the following files/folders:

  • Files within the folder(s) explicitly excluded by the Global Replication policy.
  • Files residing in the following folders:
    • PowerShell
    • TemporaryItems
    • Spotlight-V100
    • Recycled
    • $Recycle.BIN
    • Recycler
    • DS_Store
  • Files with an associated OFFLINE flag.
  • Encrypted files and folders. (Use Properties > General > Advanced… > Encrypt contents to secure data.)
