A Channel Account acts as a parent account for managing Sub-Accounts, allowing you to delegate administration and monitor usage across customer environments. Channel Accounts have access only to the sub-accounts they create or are assigned.
To create a Channel Account:
Sign in to WACM (https://wacm.wasabisys.com/en/wasabi/auth/login) as admin.
Select the Accounts drop-down and click Channel Accounts.

Click Create Channel Account. The Create Channel Account form is displayed.

Enter a descriptive name for the account and a contact email address. This email can be the same or different from the user’s email that you will create. This email must be unique across all Channel Accounts.
In Storage Quota, enter the amount of storage you are allotting for this Channel Account. RCS usage capacity information is provided to help you adjust the quota accordingly.
Click Create. The newly created Channel Account is displayed on the Channel Accounts page.
