The Distributors Product Guide provides instructions for onboarding and managing Reseller and MSP accounts while maintaining centralized oversight. Resellers and MSPs can manage multiple tiers of Sub-Accounts, providing flexibility to manage multiple products and contracts and simplify combined billing across channels.

Tier 1 - Distributor Account (Partner Aggregator)
A Distributor Account is a Tier 1 parent partner aggregator used to deploy Channel Accounts. A Distributor associated with a Channel Account can manage and oversee multiple downstream partners, such as Resellers or MSPs. Channel Accounts allow the Distributor to create, link, and control partner accounts while keeping centralized visibility into usage, billing, and access controls. A Distributor Account can manage and oversee multiple Reseller and/or MSP Accounts.
Distributor Accounts support delegated administration, allowing distributors to:
Onboard and manage reseller accounts
Monitor aggregated usage and billing
Apply governance controls where applicable
Assign role-based permissions across their partner hierarchy
