Support for Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage

The Support portal is a quick way to submit a question or report an issue (called a "case") to Wasabi Customer Support. The portal is available to Root users of standard accounts, control accounts, and sub-accounts. 

Accessing the Support Portal

To access the Support portal, click the Support button on the left menu of the Wasabi Console. If you are not an account type listed above, you will be redirected to the Wasabi Academy home page.

Navigating the Support Portal

When you access the Support portal, notice that there are four tabs:

  • My Cases: Described in this section of Wasabi Academy
  • Knowledge Base: Takes you to the Wasabi Academy home page
  • Console: Opens the Wasabi Management Console
  • Billing: Opens the Billing portal in Console

When you open the Support portal for the first time, no cases will be displayed in the My Cases listing. Refer to the articles in this section to create, review, and print a case.
