To reset your password simply go to the Sign In page located at console.wasabisys.com
On the page, click the link labeled Forgot password?
on the next screen enter your email address and click REQUEST RESET.
You can also change your password from when logged into console.wasabisys.com by going into the settings tab -> Update Password:
NOTE: sub-user passwords must be reset by the root administrator. Contact your root admin to get him/her to reset your password.
