exacqVision Edge has been validated for use with Wasabi. This software installs directly on your compatible Illustra security cameras enabling them to upload directly to Wasabi.
Requirements
Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage account
Wasabi bucket (see Creating a Bucket)
Wasabi Access & Secret Keys (see Creating a User Account and Access Key)
exacqVision Edge software installed on the camera (version 25.1.10.0 tested as of publication)
exacqVision Edge software license (see Find Exacq Reseller Form)
exacqVision client software installed
Compatible Illustra camera dardware (see exacqVision Software Downloads)
SD card installed and correctly formatted in the camera
Integrating Illustra Cameras With Wasabi
Log in to the Camera Interface via the camera’s IP address.

Click Setup.

Click Applications in the left-hand navigation panel.

Click Browse.

Use the file manager to locate and select the exacqVision Edge installer.
Click Open.

Click Upload.

Launch exacqVision Cient.
Click the gear icon for configuration setup.

Click Add Systems.

Input the following.
Hostname/IP Address—IP of the camera.
Port—Port 22609 (default).
Use credentials entered below—Enabled.
Username—Username for the camera
Password—Password for the camera
Connection Speed—Choose the appropriate connection speed (LAN by default).
Click Apply.

Your camera will now show as Connected.

Click exacqVision Server Edge - Illustra to open the tree on the left-hand navigation panel.
Click Archiving.

Click New at the bottom of the screen.

This configuration example discusses the use of Wasabi's ca-central-1 storage region. Use the region your bucket is located in. For a list of regions, see Service URLs for Wasabi's Storage Regions.
Input the following information.
Type—Choose Wasabi S3 from the drop-down menu.
Address—Your Wasabi Endpoint URL including the bucket name and “https://” (for example, “https://s3.ca-central-1.wasabisys.com/mybucket”).
Access ID—Your Wasabi Access Key.
Secret—Your Wasabi Secret Key.
Expiration Configuration—(optional) Default 30 days.
Direct Search—Enabled.
Click Apply.

The status will show as No Schedule. Click the Schedule Tab.

Select the type of events to record (or all).
Select the time slots for the events.
Click Set.
Click Apply.

Your recording schedule is now set. Click the Target tab at the top of the page.

Click New on the task panel.

You have the option to select either Start/End Time or Continuous. Set the Days (or All Days).
Click Apply.

Notice the status changes to Connected. Your camera will begin writing to the Wasabi bucket.

Your recordings will show up in their respective directories in the bucket you have configured.
