Accessing Channel Accounts

When you first log in to the WACM portal with the Control Account Admin role, you are presented with the WACM dashboard, which shows those Sub-Accounts under the Control Account by default.

To access the Channel Accounts provisioned under the Control Account, as shown below, select the Accounts tab drop-down menu and then select Channel Accounts.

Aggregate Utilization Statistics

The upper section of the page displays a data card with an aggregated view of utilization statistics for the Sub-Accounts under the Channel Account.

  • Paid Sub-Accounts—The number of paying Sub-Accounts, including suspended accounts.

  • On Trial—The number of Sub-Accounts on trial, including suspended trial accounts.

  • Avg Total Storage per Account—The total storage across Sub-Accounts divided by the number of Sub-Accounts.

  • Total Storage—The total amount of active and deleted storage across all Sub-Accounts.

Channel Accounts

The Channel Accounts pane lists all provisioned Channel Accounts under the Control Account.

The following details and metrics are provided for each Channel Account under the Control Account:

  • Name—The name of the Channel Account used in the Create Channel Account form.

  • Contact Email—The contact email used for the account.

  • Billable Storage—The total billable storage for the account.

  • Trial Storage—The amount of trial storage, if applicable.

  • Number of Sub-Accounts—The number of sub-accounts under the Channel Account.

  • Creation Date—The date the channel account was created.

  • Status—Indicates the channel account status as Deleted, Denied, On Trial, Paid Account, Password Pending, or Suspended. If the account is On Trial, you will see a colored countdown timer. If the account is paid, this column entry will be green. If the account is deleted, this column entry will be pink.

  • Record Date—The date the account usage was recorded.

Filter and Export Options

Search field— Allows you to enter a text string to search the list for both the Name and Account Email.

Filter By field—Results are filtered based on account status.

Export data—Filtered results can be exported as CSV, JSON, or Excel.
