Wasabi Account Control Manager provides the following user status based on the user’s state:
Active—An Active user is in good standing with full access to the Wasabi Account Control Manager.
Deactivated—A Deactivated user cannot access the Wasabi Account Control Manager. An Account Admin or Wasabi Staff member has deactivated their account.
Suspended—A Suspended user temporarily cannot access the Wasabi Account Control Manager for one hour after three failed login attempts. After one hour, they may attempt to log in up to five times; if they still cannot log in, an Account Admin must manually "Reinstate" the user.
Locked—A Locked user is permanently restricted from accessing the Wasabi Account Control Manager and requires an Account Admin to "Reinstate" the user.
