The Support portal is a quick way to submit a question or report an issue (called a "case") to Wasabi Customer Support. The portal is available for standard account Root users, control accounts, and sub-accounts.
When you access the Support portal, notice that there are four tabs:
- My Cases: Described in this section of Wasabi Academy
- Knowledge Base: Takes you to the Wasabi Academy home page
- Console: Opens the Wasabi Management Console
- Billing: Opens the Billing portal in Console
When you open the Support portal for the first time, no cases will be displayed in the My Cases listing. Refer to the articles in this section to create, review, and print a case.
