Dashboard: Navigating in Control Accounts

Prev Next

When you sign in to Control Accounts, you are presented with a dashboard that provides a centralized view for managing and monitoring your Control Account and its associated Sub-Accounts. From the dashboard, administrators can access account summaries, track usage and activity, and navigate to key management functions.

From the Control Accounts page, you can access the Channel Accounts under the Control Account through the Accounts dropdown menu. Channel Accounts enable you to grant WACM access to additional users, who can create and manage a subset of Sub-Accounts within your Control Account. Channel Accounts have access only to the Sub-Accounts they create or are assigned to.

The WACM navigation bar at the top of the dashboard displays those features available for your specific account type and role.
